LoD Careers service provides a platform for the use of job seekers to find jobs and employers/recruitment agencies to advertise their vacancies and search for job seekers. You can set up your account, select all your preferences and have total control over your own personal data.

LoD Careers will take all actions/effort possible to comply with data laws and is fully committed to the privacy and protection of your data. The processing of your data is entirely for the purposes of legitimate business interest.
We only process/store personal data and do not under any circumstances process/store any data which could be considered sensitive personal data.
All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate. If you provide us with inaccurate or false data, and we suspect or identify fraud, we will record this. You do not need to provide us with any personal data to view our website. However, we may still collect the information set under the Data we automatically collect section of this policy, and marketing communications in accordance with the Marketing Communications section of this policy.

Employers and Recruitment Agencies
Your CV is not visible to external employers and/or recruitment agencies unless you make an application to a job advert. However, on registration with us you will be asked if you consent to making your CV visible to recruitment agencies and employers as this could be a new product we launch in the future.
In current business practice, your information will only be viewable to the company/companies who advert you have applied to and LoD Careers employees.
If applying to adverts outside of EEA, you may well be providing your personal data to organisations that are not subject to the same data protections laws/ legislation.
For our service and your account to perform, at times we may have to grant access to our service providers access to our systems, hence sometimes your data. All of our Partners are ISO 27001 certified and aligned with GDPR best practice
